Without any doubt, the rudest, most vile management I’ve ever come across in any establishment. We had an issue with a dish here and the waitress (who was actually rather pleasant and has hopefully now found a better place to work) said it would be taken off the bill. According to the disgustingly horrid woman who runs the restaurant, the waitress would have the meal price deducted from her wages. The service charge that we were presented with and refused to pay would also apparently be deducted from the waitresses wages. The “woman” (could be a robot/AI to be fair, given her lack of humanity and compassion) who runs this place bullies her staff and attempts to also bully her customers. If y...
The best Chinese ever, especially if you are gluten intolerant or Celiac. FYI this place is approved by the Celiac foundation. Anyway The food is fresh presented well the service is 5 and its quick from the min you walk though the door to the min you are sat down. You do pay a quite a bit but you get the service you pay for and is well worth it. There is a big variety so we are going to return to try the rest of the menu. The service is left wanting, the staff could be more attentive, an improvement in communication with customers would make all the difference. If you're coeliac, it's probably your only option for Chinese food. The food is excellent however over priced they are charging a premium to cater GF. Value for money isn't great. A three overall, there are better value places for the money if you're not catering for coeliacs. Service: Dine in
Paid my first visit to Naturally Chinese yesterday and I can tell you, it won't be my last. Superb food clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Excellent service too. Absolutely awful. Cold restaurant, no heating. Food extremely overpriced. To end the evening meal I ordered a ‘ginger’ tea it was hot water, a slice of lemon and shred of ginger £6.00 in a thimble sized glass! End bill came to just over £90 Underwhelming. Gluten free and dairy free options. Food is decent. Nothing bad about or special about the service or atmosphere. We have visited more than once as they cater for gluten/dairy free and we will visit again. Parking: Street parking. No carpark. Wheelchair accessibility: Is access for wheel chair users.
