Somewhat regulars every few weeks,the place was busy which is great, but staff seemed to have no leadership. Or idea how to manage Drinks took ages, where forgotten and orders put in wrong not just on our table but on adjoining for example the guy on the next table rejected food that was not for him delivered by the same waitress ! It was almost impossible to capture staffs attention for service short of walking up to the bar. Nautica has a great thing going but the service is letting it down. This is easily fixed with some training and investment in staff by management, which I really hope they do as we would have spent more had we been able to place orders
We had a small group of four and we were very well looked after. The staff Catered for some food requirements and attended to our every need. The menu was varied and the new restaurant was very sophisticated. Will enjoy coming back here in the warmer weather when COVID has finished and larger numbers can enjoy this terrific venue.
Amazing food and service, in a comfortable setting! We had a delicious medium rare steak, as well as parma, king prawns and broccoli, with mocktails to pair. Can't recommend Nautica more!

Staff were a bit short staffed and disorganised but the food was delicious as usual and it's a lovely setting for a reasonably priced meal.
Food was pretty average, we ordered pizza and salmon, food was just warm not very hot. The service was really great.
