I visited this restaurant with my family for dinner today. Unfortunately, the service was terrible - a disaster, to be honest. The staff at the front desk and our table were extremely careless. When we asked for sauce or chutney, they placed it in a sloppy manner, causing it to spill on the table and narrowly miss my clothes. They didn't even bother to clean it up. We requested an extra soup bowl, which was never brought to us. The staff seemed disinterested, either on their phones or laptops, and ignored our requests for help or to order more items. There was a lack of proper response from them.
In terms of the food, it was just okay. We even had to cancel a few items as they never arrived...
I always order the same dishes: goat fry biriyani, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and mango lassi. The amount of goat is ridiculously small. 80% of the dish is rice which is not great considering the price. But it is deliciously spicy and flavorful. The chicken tikka masala is creamy and delicious but the chicken itself can be hard and rubbery. (It should be very tender if it's been marinated...so it could be day old chicken. All in all, delicious and spicy but I have a major gripe about the portion of goat meat to rice ratio.
I was nervous to try this place after the last one left ... I loved it. This one however did not disappoint! There was one issue but as far as the food goes its on point. Everything we ordered was delicious and I could make a full meal out of the chicken lollipops. My only issue was with the wait time. If you tell someone it'll be ready for pickup in 40 min dont make them wait another 30. They still got a great tip for the food and kind staff. Definitely worth it for the delicious food.
Received very less quantity of goat dum biryani, compared to last time, and the quality has come down, goat meat is red and very hard, double ka meeta sweet was very bad, was thrown in garabage. Biryani curry looks watery with no taste and curd was like liquid butter milk. No value for money. Much disappointed.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered the paneer dum biryani and was disappointed by the small portion size. When I asked about it, I received rude replies from the staff. The service was also poor and unfriendly. The portion size did not justify the high price I paid for the meal.
The best place to eat Indian food in Madison. The staff is extremely nice and our server Krishna was extremely accommodating. The chef has hands of god and is insanely talented at making tasty food. I will be extremely sad if this spot closes. Thank you for being awesome
We requested mild spice level, however the food turned out to be very spicy. Even for someone like me who typically enjoys spicy food. It seems like either they made a mistake when taking our order or their dishes are just overly spicy.
I had the Chana Masala and their butter naan and it was awesome. I will definitely be back when I drive through the Madison area. This was probably the best I have ever had of this dish.

Terrible service, we went there 2 times and waited 30 mins to order. They forgot to bring one of our dishes. Save your money and go to McDonald's.
So yummy !! Spicy and tasty chicken clay pot thing way to die for ! Nice and patient staff ! I will be coming back vary soon.
