Service (Anna) was great! Both of the Wagyu burgers, ordered med. rare, were delivered more towards well done, so they were sent back (no problem) by Anna. Shortly thereafter the Manager came to our table apologized for the mishaps and provided the replacements at no charge. Since we were celebrating our Nieces birthday the double chocolate cake was also provided at no charge. Overall the experience was very nice given the attention of our server (Anna), the quality of the food and the Manager who was very good at customer care. Will definitely continue to patronize Neat!!
Our server Anna was perfect. The ahi tuna salad that I ordered had a generous amount of tuna and very wonderful avocado slices, along with lots of other ingredients. The three people with me loved their choices also, especially the Neat burger with an egg on it. We shared carrot cake with caramel and a lot of nuts and the huge piece was more than enough for three over-eaters. This is place to pop into for a casual, delicious meal.
The food, drinks and service are always excellent. The french onion soup is unmatched, so excellent. My husband had the brisket grilled cheese this time unbelieveable! The host is okay, we've had him a couple of times and he could be a little more customer oriented, but the wait staff and bartenders more than make up for it they are all really great.
Great cocktails, excellent service fun menu. Serving size generous. Had the poutine as an appetizer which was filling in of itself. Split the whiskey burger and the cauliflower both were yummy! Had a reservation but was a night of folks lingering longer. The host was very aware and accommodating. We will definitely go back again.

We were seated at our reservation time and after 30 minutes no server came to the table to take drink orders. We had a new born and a toddler with us. We were seated outside and ready to dine and spend the evening there. No one seemed upset that we walked out. Sad that we want to support a local place but will not be returning
Neat has made a huge comeback! The food dipped in quality a couple of years ago, but now is so much better! We have had 2 great meals here in the past month! The drinks are excellent- the Paloma a highlight! The service is always very strong here.
I have gone here multiple times. This is a restaurant that I always enjoy going to. I really enjoy the short rib grilled cheese. I always make sure to get it when I come here. It is quite good. I would recommend you eat here.
Very attentive and helpful wait staff. Food was exceptional. The alcoholic libations were deliciously crafted. Acoustic guitar was a nice touch to round out an evening with friends.

We had a very enjoyable time the food and service was way above par and the atmosphere was awesome!We will certainly visit again perhaps on a day more suitable for outdoor seating
Had nice live music. Was a little loud but food was delicious.
