The staff were all wonderful, and on the night we visited, a new team member was working their first shift. It was heartwarming to see how supportive the owners were, helping them navigate a busy evening – it truly showcased their caring nature.
For parking, there is free street parking available after 6 PM from Monday to Saturday, and all day Sunday. Otherwise, parking is limited to one hour. There's also a car park just a minute's walk away on Greenbank Road, which is free after 6 PM from Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday; otherwise, it costs 50p for three hours.

Lovely time at Neel Paneer. The staff were super nice and helpful. The mixed starter tasted great, but the curries was a container of sugar accidentally dropped into them? I’ve never had such sweet curries in my life before. Had we been prepped for a selection of high-sugar/sweet curries I would have asked for something completely different or gone elsewhere. The delivery took far too long, and when the food finally arrived, it was quite disappointing, which really put a damper on our evening. To make matters worse, they included two complimentary alcoholic drinks, but unfortunately, we don’t drink. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.
