As a regular Nékter customer visiting from Arizona, I was expecting my usual fantastic smoothie experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The PB Chocolate smoothie I ordered was ruined by a strange sour cream-like topping instead of the usual peanut butter drizzle. The interior was much messier than any other Nékter I’ve been to, and to make matters worse, the bathroom was inexplicably closed to customers. This location fell far below the quality I’m used to at other Nékter spots. I strongly advise thinking twice before visiting this one.
I get an hour-long lunch break and wasted like 3/4 of my lunch break waiting for my order. It wasn't the girl's fault. They were heavily understated. Even I don't know what it's about these cups, but they're just so crazy. When I got my stuff in my bag, it was just a big mess of Chia everywhere. Don't they have the pop-up tops like the bubble lids? It was a nightmare. And my whole lunch break is gone. I'm not happy about it.
The Acai bowls are always delicious! I felt bad for the employee working alone behind the counter, handling orders, answering the phone, and preparing bowls and drinks all by herself. They definitely could use some extra staff, as she was clearly overwhelmed. Hopefully, the owners will bring in more help soon to support her.
The wait is long. The chia pudding is strange. The smoothie itself tastes like they use ice or Water to blend it. Extremely diluted. Bowlology has a superior product. I also read the owners nasty responses to someone else's review. That's never a good look no matter who's right. I'm struggling to eat it.

Nekter Juice suffers from being severely understaffed and undertrained. The facility is unclean, and it's obvious that management lacks proper oversight. A friend who worked there revealed that the place is completely corrupt. The menu doesn’t make up for the poor experience.
Love this place and the smoothies. But I especially love their smoothie bowls! they are so refreshing and have many different kinds. Whether you want peanut butter or mango! I definitely recommend this place!
I like to come here for dragonfruit bowls and smoothies. They're always so refreshing. Staff is friendly and quick and the facilities are clean .
Aiden is the man! He always has my smoothie ready for time and tastes so good! Look at this place if you want a healthy snack!
