I used the mobile app to order my smoothie and arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. When I got there, I saw two kids in the back who seemed to be taking a break. My smoothie was not prepared, even though the ticket was on the counter. I had to wait and watch as the boy made my smoothie, without any apology or discount for the inconvenience. I rely on the online order app to be on time for work, so I was disappointed by the service. It seems like customer service is lacking nowadays, with lazy employees just trying to pass the time. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location, and I will be going elsewhere for a $10 smoothie in the future.
The girl who made my drink was awesome, I didn 't get her name though. It was my first time in and I expressed I didn 't know the menu and asked what was good and she didn 't just say so and so is good she based her opinion on the drink I ordered and explained to me how to order my next smoothie and it was awesome plus added a couple extra opinions as well about popular items . Really welcoming feeling so I 'll definitely be back. It 's always nice to have people engaged... instead of just clerking. Also used my first 16oz free drink coupon which made it an even better experience! You now have a loyal customer.. Yours truly the Verizon girl :
I placed an order online for pickup at the Fair Oaks location three days in a row, but the business was closed each time. I have been unable to get a refund or receive my drink. Despite my love for Nekter and the awesome Folsom location, I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Fair Oaks location. I am unsure if I will ever receive my drink or refund. I will not be placing orders at this location before work again.
I absolutely adore Nékter! Everything I've tried there has been amazing and far surpasses their nearest competitor. I'm grateful to have a healthier option nearby, especially in the hot Sacramento weather. You can also enjoy their delicious offerings through delivery apps like UberEats and Postmates (although I prefer not to use the latter), or by ordering ahead on their App. I can't get enough of this juice bar! ???????? I love Nektar but this location is severely understaffed and it took me three hours to get my order of 5 items due to the single lonely employee not being able to keep up with the demand of walk in customers and online orders. Management is lacking
I enjoy Nekter products and generally enjoy all of their locations. This specific location always has the music SO extremely loud. It is very off putting and I consider not stopping because of it.
The beverages are great and ordering online is convenient, but the music is too loud to stay and enjoy for an extended period of time.
