This place is open quite late (10pm) which is convenient! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly employees. Tons of froyo options including a lever that dispenses a mix of the two froyo flavors at the same time. I've been twice now and a few of the flavors had changed within a few wks so I'm not sure how frequently they rotate the flavors. I've gotten a small cup each time; I think each time it costs about $6-8 per small cup, depending on how heavy you make your cups. Not bad, but it makes zero sense that we can't sample the yogurt nor place our own toppings in our cups. Kids are still running back and forth and everyone is touching all the handles and every other surface... and the workers wear gloves but from what I saw they don't change them between individual yogurt cups so... they protect themselves but no one else, and when you ask for a topping, if they are going to serve it for you, they should start with a small amount. I've been here a few times, and I think it's been consistently good enough that it warrants a review! They have a nice selection of flavors. My favorite is the Dolce de Leche. My husband (and dog) loves the peanut butter. It's also got perfect sized brownie and cookie dough toppings. I do like how the employees put the toppings on, it's a great way to keep things sanitary. Every time I've been there, the customer service is on point! Everyone is very friendly. What we get specifically is: Peanut butter, double cookie dough and brownie, hot caramel, hot fudge. NOT SERVICE ANIMAL FRIENDLY. Came in with my mom and her service dog. Would not let her in without seeing the service papers because apparently tags wont do. Who carries their service dog papers everywhere they go? No signs on their doors regardingservice dog policies at all. We have never been asked for papers and the girl was very loud and rude about it. Instead ofapproaching us tactfully, she just yelled it across the restaurant for everyone to hear. The place is ok but bring back the sampling that is not available now due to COVID . What 's the story? restrictions are way down, there is no mask mandate what is the real reason for not having sample cups anymore? I also personally prefer low fat over nonfat and there aren 't too many options like these. Also, I 'm not a fan of the tip step during checkout. I mean, this is a 100% self service place. And I haven 't even tried my ice cream yet, how do I even know it 's good?
I'm not a huge frozen yogurt fan, but enjoyed my creation of yogurts and toppings at Nella's. I tried their hazelnut, salted caramel, and caramel popcorn yogurts and was happy with the flavor and texture of them all. I really liked the fact that they had all the toppings behind glass so that the public could not serve themselves, a practice that I hope continues past all the Covid craziness.
It doesn't make very much sense to me why they would market and sell pup cups in store but you can't bring your pet to walk through to get your yogurt and a pup cup. I understand Pets aren't allowed, so then don't sell or market pup cups. Not only that but more often than not the staff has been very nasty to me. At least the yogurt is good.

The employees are generally very nice, the guy this evening was extremely friendly and helpful. Yes it was well below freezing, but We sure enjoyed our yummy Nellas!
