During my first visit to Neo Coffee Bay X College, I ordered a matcha, but my experience was somewhat disappointing due to the staff member preparing it. He seemed quite disinterested and didn't respond to my friendly greeting at all. A simple acknowledgment or smile would have made a significant difference in the experience. It honestly felt like the drink was prepared without much care, which affected my overall impression. Unless the staff is more welcoming in the future, I likely won't return. Just a suggestion for the manager: small gestures, like a friendly attitude, can really enhance customer satisfaction. You're welcome. Service: 3
This café is quite lively in the afternoon, and I found the service to be excellent. I tried the iced matcha oat latte, and it was fantastic!
