This was my son 's and I first time visiting Nestle Tollhouse and I had not visited a store in many years. I 'm giving 2 stars because the Hispanic Manager or Owner made a big difference between how he interacted with me versus how he interacted withwhite and hispanic customers. In fact he made sure not to say much of anything to me and instead allowed a very nice youngcashier take my order. He made sure not to greet me or even ask how I was. Yet...every Hispanic customer that came inside....heasked how they were and made sure to greet them. It was very obvious and even after I made my purchase....he still didn 't saythank you ma 'am or come again. Yet, he went out of his way to express this...

He didn’t greet me or ask how I was doing, while every Hispanic customer who came in received a warm greeting and a friendly inquiry about their well-being. I always have an incredible experience at Cypress Nestle. The owner, Luis, and his staff are fantastic and very friendly. He can whip up a delicious cookie cake for any occasion in no time, beautifully decorated in the requested colors and theme. I will definitely be coming back! Everything there is fresh, quick, and enjoyable!
After watching a great movie, I decided to treat myself to some ice cream and ordered a birthday cookie cake for my son's birthday. I also had the chance to meet the new owner, Luis, who is a really cool guy. The place feels brighter, and I noticed a significant improvement in the service. Overall, it was a great experience!

What an amazing experience I have all the time at the Cypress Nestle. The owner Luis and his staff is awesome, very friendly. He can quickly make a delicious cookie cake for any occasion and decorated with the requested colors and theme. Definitely willbe returning. Everything there is fresh fast and fun!!
In and out! Stopped in to pick up a 12 cookie cake and had a custom message put onto the cake. I was in an out of the shop in probably 5 minutes. Staff was very nice and even sent their birthday wishes too. My baby boy is going to be super excited forhis surprise.

I really enjoy ordering cookies from here, especially their snickerdoodles! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. During my most recent visit to purchase cookies, I received exceptional service from two of the young female employees!
I get one every year for my kids but this one exceeded my expectations and is so cute. Thank you so much!!
