Collected our food as we couldn’t get through on the phone, waited about 20mins from start to finish, you could see the lady serving was flustered it was a busy rainy Saturday night and also Chinese new year, they were having problems with the delivery drivers so not the lady’s fault. Some irate people whilst we were waiting. However, the food was beautifully cooked hot and tasty, been our fave for years and will continue to be. All I will say is if you want it delivered be prepared to wait a while or for it to come cold.
Do not order from this place. We order on xmas eve as a treat and had saved up to get it. We made an order of £45 and it never turned up. We waited 2 hours and in the end we had to give our kids a ham sandwich as it was already passed thier bed time on xmas eve. Order was confirmed at 6:28pm and 8pm i was calling 58 times to be exact and it was just line busy. At 9pm it then said restaurant was closed. Couldnt even get a refund to order from somewhere else
Just ordered a takeaway from here. Very disappointed. It arrived cold. Very strange chilli beef. No flavour. Shared it with 4 people. I never said how bad it was until other people who were eating commented. Chow mien was like rubber. Sorry guys. What went wrong? Lady on the phone was so nice. Will not use you again
Ordered via just eat.. didn't receive food after 2.5 hours of waiting had to drive and collect the order and it still wasn't cooked. Now they are rushing food is tasteless and NOT worth the wait. REQUEST A REFUND if Ordered online. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food has always been so good but my last order on 24th July was not good at all. The king prawn fried rice was off. The prawns used was spoilt. Had to Chuck it off. Will it be ordering again from this restaurant....
Ordered 2 hours ago and still hasn’t shown up, tried to call multiple times but won’t go through! Edit; after 35 minutes of posting this, it finally showed up. Surprisingly still hot. But two and half hours is terrible
Order food 2 hours ago. Never got the it delivered. Their phone is also not reachable for the last 2 hours. Need to ask for refund somehow. Not worth it next time.

Don't order from here. Placed large order, never turned up, would answer their phones either. Avoid at all costs
