Even about the only ok restaurant period that is. this is a fairly small place, so most people order and then execute. I frequent this restaurant and usually order my food over the phone or dine in. While I appreciate the quick service—my larger orders, often over $40, are ready in about five minutes—I've been consistently disappointed with the quality of the food. When I open the containers, the dishes, like the rice and orange chicken, often taste stale, as if they have been sitting for a long time. The rice, in particular, lacks flavor and seems watered down. It feels like the food is prepared carelessly. I can only commend the staff taking the orders; they are friendly and efficient. Wanted to love this since it had high ratings but it was disappointing. It's a bit expensive and it's small portions. The Mongolian Beef was chewy. The dumplings were undercooked. As soon as I bit into it I could smell it taste it. I cut the rest of the dumplings up and they had a horrible smell. I didn't even bother calling, threw those dishes out. The only thing that was good was the shrimp egg foo young w white rice. And their shrimp fried rice I had ordered. (Mind you a small came to 10$.. I decided to try this place out seeing that it was one of the few restaurants open during Christmas Day, the customer service was very nice and friendly! Especially the cashier, guy was amazing w communication. However the food wasn’t the best, maybe because of the holiday and how busy it was but the orange chicken tasted flavorless, ordered hot and it just tasted like old lemon. The crab Rangoon was amazing tho, fried rice was mid and the lo main was not good at all. Noodles were semi hard already and there was no flavor again. Just went from being the best Chinese food to the worst. We ate there several times before and never had an issue. Last weekend I ordered sesame chicken.....it was just nasty. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, I went there last night thinking it was just a fluke the weekend before. The food actually got worse and I got food poisoning. I’d recommend the crab meat Rangoons, shrimp lo mein and fried chicken!! Always my go to spot for some fire Chinese food! 10/10 would recommend!
