I had a very disappointing experience when I called this restaurant. The woman who answered the phone was rude and abruptly hung up on me because I had the wrong location. That's not an acceptable way to handle customer inquiries! I had intended to place an order, but after that interaction, I've decided not to eat there again. They really need to improve their customer service!
New China Fun is my favorite restaurant in Goldsboro! The staff always greets me very warmly and they remember my favorites. The restaurant is very clean and the gracious staff makes sure that is always spotless. They are extremely kind and do their best to see that the customer is well-pleased. I cannot say enough positive things about New China Fun. My hat is OFF to them!
For vegetarians: You can request exactly what you want, and they are always friendly and accommodating. Parking: There's ample parking available, conveniently located close to the restaurant in a strip mall. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is accessible for those with disabilities.
The food here is consistently excellent! The woman at the counter was friendly, although quite busy. I usually opt for takeout, but they haven't fully transitioned back to pre-COVID dining yet. They do have some seating available, which gives it a pizza shop vibe. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Bad customer service. Food not good either. The lady has a very NASTY attitude. No respect for me, no respect for my money!!!! I won 't be going back.
OK Chinese good in Goldsboro. Not tons of choices which keeps me coming back. Also, they are super quick which is quite convenient for me.
