Pepper steak with only onions and no steak, the meat was pink and rubbery like old pork besides the container only half full. Tofu dried out and could not be chewed. Called a few days ago to re order was told to call another day. Called today was told my new order would receive a 10% discount. I used to work just a few minutes away from New China House, and I would often place orders from there, sometimes several times a week. In my opinion, they serve the best chicken and broccoli I've ever had. The chicken is tender and thin, the broccoli is fresh and crisp, and the brown sauce is perfectly seasoned—not too watery—allowing it to cling beautifully to the ingredients. Since I changed jobs, I haven't been able to enjoy this dish for lunch, and I really miss it. As the saying goes, "Don’t judge a book by its cover." I have been ordering from this place for many years because of their delivery service. However, tonight's order of ribs was completely burned. When we complained, we were given a hard time and told that in order to receive a credit, we would have to return the ribs. We ended up having to eat a disappointing dinner of charred ribs. This experience really bothered me as there were no apologies or compensation offered. The customer service was unacceptable. As a result, we will not be returning to this dump of a restaurant.
I typically order a dish with chicken and broccoli. I have eaten here three times and each time I have found pieces of broccoli stuck in my teeth. I believe they do not clean it thoroughly. Additionally, the chicken is always rubbery. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant was below expectations. The General Tso's chicken was the worst I've ever had - the chicken was tough and the fried rice was bland and yellow. I suggest trying a different restaurant next time.
Ordered chow mien with shrimp.mostly water with food. Absolutely no taste. shrimp so small . THREW IT DOWN THE DISPOSAL. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT
I had a wonderfully enjoyable dining experience. The food was prepared quickly, tasted fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I will definitely return!
