I was quite disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. I noticed a female employee with blond hair handling cash and then immediately touching the bagels without washing her hands afterwards. This was very concerning, and I felt compelled to leave. It's unfortunate because the owner seems like a nice person, but the lack of hygiene from the staff is likely driving customers away. I won’t be coming back.
There are a lot of bagel places in Bergen County. This is one of them. You won't get a huge selection of bagels and on a Sunday the cases look mostly empty, but the food I got was ok. (Some shells in the eggs, but at least that means they are using fresh eggs? If that's where you are it's fine, but I wouldn't choose it over any other.
I ordered sandwiches for my daughter's birthday party, and the food was exceptional. My guests couldn't stop praising how delicious everything was! Alex truly cares about his customers!

The food is wonderful! I'm a huge fan of the sandwiches and salads! The staff is incredibly friendly and they genuinely care about ensuring you have a great experience!
Bread is a rather important component to a sandwich, I can’t believe I paid 9$!for a breadless sandwich. I was actually served this?
Alex and his staff are amazing people. Always willing to go above and beyond to help you. The food is magnificent to say thr least.
