First and Last time going there. First of all the lady who ordered our food was rude then to make matters worse I ordered no hots on my sub and my wife ordered no tomatoes hots and they did the complete opposite even though they wrote it on the paper the sub came wrapped in. The subs literally fell apart when we unwrapped them. Then the wings are no where near crunchy. Its like they baked it and threw sauce on it. I want my refund! Also when I got up there to pick up my food they had my order wrong so I had to wait just to end up unsatisfied anyway ?
I’m giving this restaurant one star not due to the food, but because of the woman who answers the phone. Her tone is rude and unhelpful, which makes me dread calling. The only reason I do is that their online menu has been messed up for the past two years. Please consider hiring someone new. I wasn’t even given a delivery estimate; she just took my card number and hung up. All I could say was, “Wow.”
I enjoy ordering from this restaurant, and the food is quite good. However, I've noticed that they've been adding hot peppers to my subs, slathering them on both sides and throughout the meat. I never really understood why they do that. Because of this, I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.
Not only did mess up my order, the pizza was nasty the worse pizza I ever had. I had to go through my bank to get a refund. The customer service was the worst. They did not care that the order was wrong at all. I will never order food from this place or anything through grub hud again.

I ordered a Halal Chicken Cheesesteak loaded with all the toppings, plus French fries and a BBQ Chicken pizza for delivery. Both dishes were excellent, and they arrived earlier than expected. The staff at New Ravens and the delivery driver were also very friendly.
My favorite place to order food on a night shift schedule. Always willing to prepare food and deliver even after 11pm Shout out to Arslan and Abbas thank you both. Me and my coworkers love your pizza and buffalo chicken wings
Yeah, this pizza is terrible. The cheese, if you can call it, is something of the worst I've ever eaten. On a bad baker in a bad oven, bad crust and almost no sauce. I'm honest about shock, how bad it is.
I really enjoy the food at New Ravens Pizza. It’s very tasty! I also bought a New Ravens Pizza shirt, which is great. The menu offers a wonderful variety of delicious options.
