New Yamato Steakhouse

The chicken in the Chicken Fried Rice tasted bland and what little flavor there was was not good, though the rice was acceptable. The noodles in the Side Soba and Chicken Yaki Soba weren't awful but they did taste kinda like pencil shavings and peanut shells, although they were at least hot and fully cooked (and the chicken in said yakisoba was better than the stuff in the rice). The Philadelphia and Crispy Crab sushi rolls were fantastic, as was the Lobster Rangoon (which was unexpectedly sweet, but we actually liked it a lot), and those items were honestly the saving grace keeping me from rating lower, although I'd rather them be packaged separate from the hot foods so that the sushi stays...

I consistently enjoy outstanding service at this restaurant, and the food is always fantastic. When I requested a sweet note on my boyfriend's order for his birthday, they truly exceeded my expectations by also providing us with a lovely dessert. I highly recommend Yamato; I’ve never ordered anything there that I didn’t like!

The sushi appetizer (it's nigiri) and the sashimi appetizer were excellent and super fresh. Some of the fried rolls are very rich in flavor. The fried tofu was silkened tofu, so beware if you don't enjoy that. The brown cheesecake (tempura fried) is awesome! So is the fried ice cream.

The sushi appetizer and sashimi are amazing! I just wish they included descriptions on the menu. I ordered the Japanese doughnut expecting just one, but it came with ten! That was a bit too much for me, haha! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I absolutely love Yamato! Their Sushi Sashimi Lunch is unbeatable. Everything I've tried there has been absolutely top-notch!
