I ordered again from NYF because they gave me a coupon (buy 1 get 1 free . This time, I ordered the regular fries and the quantity was good. I request the management team of NYF to increase the quantity in large fries (the employees also agree with me on this too! . The manager of this place was really nice and friendly, so I’d come back for more!!Vegetarian options: The fries were a bit expensive than the large quantity was not enough. Also, it does not make sense to price the vegetarian options the same as the meat options. I ended up overpaying
**Vegetarian options:** They offer a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes, which is a wonderful bonus. **Dietary restrictions:** As someone with celiac disease, I was pleased to find that I could enjoy both their fries and condiments, like ketchup. **Parking:** There’s plenty of parking available. **Kid-friendliness:** They have kids' meals that are just the right size for little ones. **Wheelchair accessibility:** Located in Bramalea, it has an elevator for easy access to the food court.
This New York Fries has stood the test of time. I remember coming here in the early 90’s, when the food court had the water fountains and the seats were white and the tables were grey. There was a fit for life, the Taco Villa and I remember there also being a pizza place beside New York Fries. It hasn’t even changed locations! Those were the good old days. Great to still see it standing as BCC has changed completely. I remember the A&W being downstairs and having a smoking area. Pure nostalgia.
Incredibly quick service and an exceptionally friendly staff that truly understands what great customer service and client satisfaction mean. I tried the veggie fries for the first time, but I wasn't a fan of the cheese sauce. The staff member encouraged me to bring it back and happily offered to let me choose something else. The team at Bramalea City Center was truly amazing! We brought a group of five teenagers to celebrate my son's birthday. They wished him a happy birthday and had all their orders ready in less than three minutes—I've never seen service that fast! Thank you so much!
Very fast service. Kind customer service. Food was what I expected. I got the original poutine. The fries here are very fresh and crunchy and the gravy is the perfect amount of salty. The cheese curds look So good melted.
I ordered a regular classic poutine. It was sufficient for the 2 of us. The flavor was nice.Vegetarian options: The gravy is made of beef stock so the poutine not vegetarian at all.
