I ordered the Empire Smash Burger. The patties were soggy and had no crust. The meat was relatively flavorless and overall not what a smash burger should be. The buns were warm, fluffy, and quite delightful. The fries were over cooked, soggy, and under-salted. I had their Pina Colada Sours Beer. Typically, I'm a fan of sours but this tasted like straight stomach acid. Would not recommend trying it. I later sipped on the house brewed wheat beer which was fine. The food and beers came out alarmingly quick here, but in hindsight it makes me wonder if all their food is prepped to order. Overall the atmosphere was pretty typical of a brewery--old mill that got renovated.
This is a relaxed, fun, and enjoyable brewery! The beer is excellent, and the view from the taproom is stunning. The can policy greatly simplifies things for both customers and staff. A quick note for anyone who might be frustrated by delays in service: there will be a beer can on your table with one side green and the other side red. When you're ready to order, simply turn the can so the green side is facing up. If there’s no can on your table, please order at the bar. Additionally, instructions are printed on the can itself and in several other spots in case you need clarification.
My wife and I held a pre-wedding drinks event at this venue, and it was a fantastic experience for everyone! The bartenders were extremely attentive to our guests’ needs. We had reserved the space ahead of time, and they provided wristbands to help manage the tab for everyone. The staff was a pleasure to collaborate with and was very responsive to any questions we had while planning the evening. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to host a group event by the water in Newburgh!

We love coming here for a drink and some appetizers. There's so many beers to choose from, and even wine or cider or cocktails if you don't like beer. I've learned to love the sour beers here! The food menu is great and there's a ton of options. Staff is friendly and they often have live music. The atmosphere here is relaxing and you can even see the Hudson River from inside.
We got the smash burgers, way over priced!! The burger was dry, unseasoned. We got the rosemary garlic fries, no flavor at all!! We also got the chicken quesadillas, no flavor! I was very disappointed! The burger was $19 and change, I expected tons of flavor for that kind of price!
There are plenty of craft beer options and live music! It's a fantastic spot for pre-game gatherings or a date night. My husband and I really enjoyed their cream ale and the Megaboss IPA. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Diego, for the excellent service!
