I hired the Next Stop Pizza food truck for my 40th birthday celebration, and Victor truly impressed me! Not only were his pizzas incredibly tasty, but he also went out of his way to ensure that our party was well taken care of. He didn't miss a single detail, even joining in on the fun by dressing up in costume. I highly recommend them for a delicious pizza fix or for your next private event.
The pizza was fresh, authentic and crispy thin just how I like it. The chef was a delight and happy to do us a half half pizza to suit our tastes. It was ready in and tasted amazing. You can tell he uses...good ingredients and it is cooked with love. The best pizza in Brighton for sure! Worth the trip just to have a pizza to take home on the train. Grazie chef!
This restaurant makes pizzas fresh to order in a wood fired oven. The thin crust is perfectly balanced with sauce and cheese, and topped with grated cheese for even coverage. I usually go for the Veggie pizza, but have tried many others. I have been dining here every week for at least a year, probably longer, and have never been disappointed.
We are regular customers of this little pizza purveyor. Friendly and quick service. Good choice of toppings and lovely thin crust, sourdough base. Great value. Today I had a pizza and tiramisu while waiting for the connection between Brighton and Hove. The staff was friendly and the pizza was one of the best in Brighton. I will definitely be returning!
Very thin pizza base that makes pizza very very tasty!! 'Cardinale ' pizza is my favourite one but they usually do two different specials every week which I usually try. Highly recommended!!!
Always freshly made in a wood fired oven! Very thin base with delicious toppings. Yummy!!! You have to try it when in Brighton, it's just outside Brighton train station.
