Nice little Vietnamese set up in Alexandria in the complex with 'Salt, meats, cheese' and campos. Bright atmosphere, nice decor and lighting. A friend recommended this place. Menu is quite extensive, a range of typical Vietnamese entrees, with the addition of tapioca dumplings, grilled pork belly on a stick and a range of salads. A good variety of mains, meat dishes including clay pots, stir fried options and DIY wrappings. The regular pho and vermicelli noodle options are available. I got the rice noodle in chicken stock and my husband ordered the pho with beef stock, rare beef brisket and beef balls. With the stock brewed for 8 hours it was very flavoursome. Ich war früher regelmäßig, bis ich ein Stück Metallgerichtwagen in meiner Suppe fand. Die Kellnerin tat nichts als das "Ich bin so leid", bot mir nicht einmal Ersatz an. Ich bin froh, dass ich das mordierende Stück Metall nicht versehentlich gegessen habe, aber die Hölle nein, ich werde nicht wieder in dieses Restaurant zurückkehren. Nguyen-Brüder ist ein schönes Essen mit einer entspannten und komfortablen Atmosphäre. Ich hatte gerade ein wenig gelassen, als ich nach meinem Hühnervernicelli-Salat ein bisschen Flecken. Einer meiner Goets, wenn er vietnamesisch bekommt, fühlte sich dieses einfach nicht super authentisch und die Bauteile heirateten einfach nicht zusammen für ein aufregendes Gericht. Das Huhn wurde wunderschön gekocht und es war weich und saftig, aber es war irgendwie ein Stück Hähnchen, das mit Nudeln und dann Salat steckte, und keine Elemente kamen als eins zusammen. Nguyen Brothers is a nice little dine in with a relaxing and comfortable vibe. I was just left feeling a little lack lustre after my chicken vermicelli salad. One of my go to's when getting Vietnamese, this one just didn't feel super authentic and the components just didn't marry together for an exciting dish. The chicken was cooked beautifully and it was soft and juicy but it kind of felt like it was a piece of chicken placed with noodles and then salad and not elements coming together as one. I would still like to try their rice paper rolls and I do think the price is quite reasonable.
I used to be a regular, until I found a piece of metal dish scrubber inside my soup. The waitress did nothing but the "I am so sorry", not even offered me replacement. Glad that I didn't eat that murdering piece of metal by mistake, but hell no I will not return to that restaurant again. Frankly speaking, the restaurant looks clean and tidy, with a calming ambient. The food is alright, especially their grilled or deep fried chicken. However, as a Vietnamese myself I can tell this is Vietnamese-style food, but for most of their dishes, there is no equivalent authentic dish in Vietnam.

The fountain Street complex has really turned out nicely and this viet place fits right in. Pho and fried chicken - can't miss really and they didn't disappoint. Recommended. And the fact you can grab a campos on the way out is no great hardship either. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Schönes vietnamesisches Gelenk in Alexandria. Das Design des Ortes ist grenzübergreifend innovativ und dekorativ und das Essen ist auch grenzüberschreitend und lohnt sich. Ich mag es, wird zurück sein, obwohl nicht mein absoluter Nein 1 Favorit.
