Calling on Nico and his amazing team to delight the taste buds of our guests at our wedding and at the rebound was one of the brightest ideas we had for our big day. Beyond his kindness and his joie de vivre, he demonstrates real culinary talent, simple, true and effective without fuss. Nothing understood....Arrived around 1 p.m., I placed an order for 3 homemade hamburgers (suggestion of the day). 5 minutes later, Nico, the chef arrived and told us that since it was Friday..., no more meat.. .and that he will not be able to serve us.....I point out that it is a Wednesday noon...In short, I understood nothing and I asked my friend if he understood like me, it was so incomprehensible..
