I visited this restaurant for the first time (they are open in the afternoon) and was very impressed with the food. The pizza was delicious and generously portioned. Although the wings were smaller, they were tasty. I noticed a spelling error on the menu, which made me laugh, but I don't think the server (who I assume is from the family that owns the restaurant) would understand due to a slight language barrier. If you see it, just laugh it off. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, despite the building being older. There is no air conditioning indoors. Tonight we came by to try their pizza! Phoned in for the special of 2 large 2 topping pizzas that came with any large salad (Caesar, Greek or house) . If you order the deluxe, it a couple bucks more for extra toppings but that’s...ok. We got the Hawaiian the Deluxe and was he Greek salad to go. Give them about half hour before you go pick up. The salad was fresh very tasty with lettuce, fresh chunks tomatoes, sweet red onions, red green peppers, cucumbers tasty olives and lots of feta cheese! Nice salad with a good portion of light tasty dressing. The pizzas were quite large with lots cheese and enjoyed by our family with leftovers for tomorrow. We tried Nicholas restaurant for the first time tonight and were blown away by the delicious food. My husband had the chicken steak with spaghetti, but could only finish half because it was so filling. I enjoyed the moussaka dinner with my son, which was amazing and flavorful. We started our meal with calamari and garlic bread, and had so much food that we ended up with leftovers for lunch the next day. The couple at the next table had the roasted chicken with potatoes and a pizza, which looked great. This place is truly a hidden gem and we will definitely be returning to try the wings and Caesar salad.
We have a cottage in the area and occasionally we arrive a little late and just want some good restaurant food rather than to cook. From the outside look of Nicolas you might feel that the food and service may not be great. But that...is totally wrong. The food, especially pizza, is excellent. The service is personal and excellent and the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. The team is great here and Nicolas himself is a charming host. If you visit you will not be dissapointed.
This is a local restaurant that has been open for a few years now and is favoured by the locals as a spot for a decent meal, a reasonable menu with a bit of a Greek flair, and not too pricey. I always like their...fish and chips but they have a bit of everything for a family dinner, usually including a good pizza. The booze is perhaps a bit pricey, but to be expected in vacationland. The restaurant is located midway between Port Severn and the village of Honey Harbour.
our group of four adults went by for the first time from the hut to the family dinner on Sunday in nicolas and the experience was amazing! our selection of meals led the gamut of fishing and chips to moussaka to chicken parm sandwich to my delicious. broaster huh. everything, especially the saganaki and kalamari, was super delicious in generous portions and nicolas itself was absolutely charming and welcoming. highly recommended if they are in the opposite!
We have a boat nearby and go for dinner many times when we arrive. Sometimes we’ll do take out on our way by. Excellent food especially their a Broaster chicken! So juicy! Pizza is another excellent choice and souvlaki is awesome! The owner is Greek....Give it a try!! You won’t be disappointed!
There are many food choices available, but the wings and pizza are especially outstanding. Additionally, there are numerous Greek dishes on the menu for those who enjoy that cuisine.
