As a chef with 25 years of experience, I often find myself overly critical when dining out. However, my experience here was a delightful surprise. From the moment I arrived until I said goodbye, the service was warm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The food was beautifully executed and presented; everything was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and visually appealing. Each dish was well-balanced and cooked with care—it's evident that attention was paid to every detail (for instance, a rare steak was allowed to reach room temperature before cooking). This is a place I would happily return to in Falmouth. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend you go!
