I visited this restaurant today and encountered several issues. First, there were no prices listed on the menu, which was a red flag. They didn't have my first choice available, so I settled for another dish that was supposed to come with more rolls, but it was missing six rolls. Additionally, I found the food to be significantly overpriced, and I ended up spending most of my money on a meal I didn’t enjoy. To make matters worse, my friend didn’t receive her food right away, and it took us about 20 minutes to get our waiter's attention so she could place her order. Overall, my experience was very mediocre, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

I’m not certain if Nippon Sushi is part of a chain, but it definitely has that ambiance. Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed our sushi rolls. I highly recommend the spicy salmon and yellowtail with scallions—they were incredibly fresh and well-prepared. We'll definitely be returning! This is my go-to date spot and I never get sick of it. I usually get the bibimbap and a la jolla sushi roll. The portion is big enough that I have delicious bibimbap leftovers for 2 more meals. I didn't realize they close at 3 PM. I arrived at 2:40 PM, and the hostess assured me it was fine. However, the service was terrible! I felt really unwelcome for coming in so close to closing time. I had been looking forward to trying this place, but I will never return!
This sushi was delicious and so fresh tasting. The Alaska roll had such great flavors, the Rainbow roll tasted like it was caught this morning, the Volcano Shrimp Tempura was fantastic with all the different flavors. I will most definitely be coming here again soon!
