This place has such a great atmosphere; it used to be a pharmacy, so it has a nostalgic feel with a modern twist. Elizabeth, our server, was absolutely wonderful—sweet, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. She offered excellent suggestions and genuinely made our visit special. Honestly, she's one of the best bartenders we've ever met—someone you'd love to be friends with! Nixon's also boasts a fantastic selection of beers on tap. The Blue Steel beer was phenomenal, and I’m so glad we took Elizabeth’s recommendation. I wholeheartedly give this place a 10/10 and highly recommend it!
I had the pleasure of dining at Nixon's for the first time tonight, and it exceeded my expectations! The food was incredible! I ordered the cigar sandwich with green beans, while my boyfriend had the meatball sub with potato salad. We finished every morsel! The atmosphere was fantastic as well. Our server, Nikki, was exceptional—she made the experience even better! We will definitely be returning because I can't wait to try everything on the menu! The draft beer selection was impressive too! I'm truly impressed!
I visited the restaurant mainly to sample the food, and it was good, but not quite as exceptional as some reviews suggested. I would definitely consider ordering food here again if I returned, but I wouldn’t specifically come for the food. On the other hand, the selection of beers was impressive! They had a large variety on draft, and the bartenders were very attentive—definitely a highlight of the experience! As for parking, it's street parking, which can be a bit tricky. Excellent service, wonderful drinks, and a lively atmosphere! This place truly impresses, but I do agree with some of the feedback I've encountered. They could definitely benefit from adding more vegetarian options. During my visit, I found the choices quite limited for snacking. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out!
