My favourite place for getting out. Everything looks and tastes fresh. I have witnesses that they make appetizers by hand. The rice is fluffy and without the yellow-ish ink and Bland taste of some places. If you use a lower quality, you can not like No.1 Chinese. Free delivery if your order is over $12.00. The owner is personal and the feeding section is small but clean. Con: Prices continue to rise. Another facility we go to Ronkonkoma has the same menu and prices for 5 years. We keep menu items for food ideas last minute and although we go to No. 1 Chinese often it seems a small price increase and the need to discard menus.
Great food...!!! I am not sure why the delivery driver was shining high powered flashlights through the window. The driveway and porch was illuminated. Then, he knocked over 10 times in less then 5 seconds/waited about 2 seconds and began knocking again. It takes the average per soon at least 15 30 seconds to answer the door unless they are in their garage or basement. Even my son commented... what 's this guys problem. Did I mention that the food was GREAT...!!! Had to deduct 1 star due to the drivers lack of professionalism.
I want to express my deep appreciation to the No. 1 Chinese restaurant. The large order I placed was flawless, with every dish prepared exactly as requested. It was a delight to enjoy each meal exactly as I had envisioned. I am thrilled to have found your restaurant and it has now become my top choice for dining out, especially for group gatherings. When ordering delivery, having trust in the quality of the food is paramount, and I can always count on No. 1 Chinese restaurant to deliver exceptional service.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and the establishment has been around for a long time, which is a testament to the great food and service they provide. I particularly enjoy the homemade wontons. I have found that if I have any special requests for seasoning, I simply need to inform the staff and they are happy to accommodate. I am a regular customer here and highly recommend trying it out. It's definitely worth a visit.

I ordered Shrimp Fried Rice with an additional $2 for extra eggs, but unfortunately there were small pieces of egg shells in my dish. It was not edible and I will not be returning to this restaurant. It seemed like the eggs were just thrown into the wok without being properly checked. I recommend cracking the eggs in a separate bowl and ensuring there are no shells before adding them to the rice.
The food is delicious, the owner is lovely, and they serve rice. I particularly enjoy the ribs and the top DJ in town, DJ Sandy. I would rate this restaurant 5 stars, especially for their cleanliness. The wings are fantastic, although not quite as good as the ribs. Half of the roasted chicken is a must-try dish. Overall, I highly recommend trying their fried chicken.
The chicken wings and fries were good, but the Lo Mein was a bit tough and the portion size was smaller than expected for a larger container. There were fewer noodles in the dish than I would have preferred.
The owners are consistently welcoming, and the food is reliably delicious. I highly recommend trying the Coconut Chicken and Cheese Wontons.
