Noble Ale Works is one of my favorite breweries in the Anaheim/Placentia area. The beer selection is fantastic, with a great mix of classic and unique flavors to choose from. Whether you 're into hoppy IPAs, smooth lagers, or sour beers, there 's something for everyone here. The quality of the beer at Noble Ale Works is consistently excellent, and the brewers are always coming up with new and exciting brews to try. I’m visiting from out of town and was eager to try Noble again. Be cautious and make sure to call ahead, as their Yelp hours aren't kept up to date. I'm sharing a picture of their hours from yesterday, Saturday, July 6th, because when I arrived, they were closed. I wouldn’t have been so frustrated if I hadn’t spent money on an Uber to get there. I met a nice guy who might have been the owner; he was somewhat apologetic but seemed uninterested in helping, as he was busy giving someone a tour inside. I guess he realized there was an issue since they have now updated their hours online. I’m glad I could assist with that, but it was really frustrating. I ended up leaving and going to The Bruery...
We visited on a quiet and misty June gloomy day. The outside seating wasn't appealing, due to the weather. We had our pup and asked if we could sit inside and they were happy to accommodate. The beers we tried were all exceptional. The IPA's really stood out for me though. Very clean and fresh. Stephanie and Christine were amazing and fun. We had a great time at Noble and look forward to returning when the weather is warmer.
I've sampled a few golden stouts, but not that many since they can be quite rare. However, I doubt I'll find one better than the Puff Puff Pass here. It's delicious, reminiscent of cream soda, but without being overly sweet. If you're at all interested or curious, I highly recommend giving it a try! We sampled a few rounds of their beers, including the much-talked-about Naughty Sauce, but it wasn’t to my taste. One of my friends enjoyed it, but the rest of us found it lacking. Overall, my experience was pretty average. There are so many breweries in Orange County now, so I might consider coming back another time.
A hidden brewery gem. Beer was solid. Service was very friendly from both the brewery and food truck. Food truck served fresh hot dogs and burgers. They have some TVs for sports viewing A good local brewery with indoor/outdoor seating. Casual, laid back It wasn't too crowded when we went.
I'm from Washington and really enjoy strong bold beers. This place had a really good selection of their own beer. The beers were high quality and really nicely balanced. It's definitely worth a checkout if you enjoy craft beer.

Cool ambiance with indoor and outdoor seating. The beers are very well done with a nice variety on tap. The staff is very helpful in answering questions about the beers.
