I had an excellent experience with the service at both the Bolingbrook and Oakbrook locations! I attempted to place an order online for Christmas, but due to the holiday rush, I wasn't able to complete it. So, I headed to the Bolingbrook store, where I found that they only had one copy of the book I needed, but I wanted three. One of the employees was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to locate additional copies for me. They even called the Oakbrook location to confirm their inventory and arranged a phone order so I could finish my shopping. Incredible store for picking up Criterion's. They have an incredible selection of movies to look through and every single employee is friendly, cordial, and polite. Highly recommended! ordered a hardcover book for online pick up, and they gave me a bent one looks like it was crushed/dropped on the corner, didn't realize once i got home, it's so bad that i'm sure they wouldn't let me return it. can't believe they'd give a customer a book like that.
I visited the Barnes and Noble at Oak Brook Shopping Mall today, and I really enjoy this location. It's spacious and offers a vast selection of books, magazines, and unique items. The staff are usually very helpful and knowledgeable.
I love shopping here... the girl in the kids section was so helpful in helping me pick books for gifts . Everything is well organized and welcoming.Only sad thing no more free gift wrapping.
I like this store but there's this guy who judged my books I bought lol but the girl with the jujutsu kaisen pin is cool and nice.
