I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, and I recently ordered for Easter, which was delivered right on time. All I can say is...AMAZING! The food exceeded our expectations. The large trays of chicken Parmesan and shrimp Oreganata were overflowing. I always determine a good Italian restaurant by its shrimp, and this was definitely a five-star experience! The pasta dishes were outstanding, and everyone couldn't stop raving about how delicious the meal was. Thank you, Garett, for the fantastic Easter dinner!
I found plastic in my calzone. I took a bite and discovered a thin piece of melted plastic, likely the inner seal from a ricotta cheese container. I actually bit into it! The staff gave me a half-hearted apology and asked, "What do you want me to do?" I'm not sure if it's right to share this, but it feels like they just don’t care when they make mistakes. My kids could have choked on this, and I’m relieved it happened to me instead. On top of that, the soup was also disappointing.
The food at this restaurant is incredible, and Joey is a fantastic delivery driver with a wonderfully funny personality. I highly recommend this place for both lunch and dinner. The pepperoni pinwheel is absolutely delicious! The food is always served hot and fresh. Since I’m a regular, Joey recognizes my order as soon as I walk in. The staff is very friendly, and the cleanliness of the establishment is excellent. Overall, I’d rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 5 out of 5!
I frequently visit this restaurant to place an order, and every time, I'm instructed to sit down and wait for my food. However, I often find that the staff at the front counter doesn’t inform me when my order is ready. As a result, I end up waiting for about 15 minutes only to find that my food is usually not warm by the time I take it home. Absolutely fantastic! The food is amazing, and the staff is great. I ordered takeout for dinner, and it was worth every penny, with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere equally a 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Parmesan!
The dinners here are excellent, but I found the buffalo wings to be breaded and dry. They didn't have much meat and were quite salty! Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
