I always order from this restaurant since I work a couple blocks away from here the food is always great . I always order a Cesar Salad with chicken. One time I ordered they did not put chicken in it. I contacted Slice sent them a picture regarding this since they are charging me additional fee for chicken. They kept telling Slice that no it had chicken there was no mistakes they refused the refund. Called myself and they I told them what happened they said they are willing to drop off the chicken I said no thank you would like the refund please said ok and will contact slice to get the refund. A day later slice emailed me that they still believe the order was correct declined my refund. So...
The food is always very good, I’ve been eating here ever since they first opened. But the customer service is disgusting. I called to place an order for delivery today and the RUDE way the girl spoke to me throughout the call, really had me taken aback. She has SUCH attitude in her voice for no reason at all, and that is NOT the way someone should be speaking to clients, ever!! Makes me not even wanna order from here anymore. This place needs to hire more pleasant employees asap.
I'm not rating this place poorly because of the food, but because of the dishonesty I experienced. I called to order a brick oven pizza, and the owner confirmed they had it. I placed a pick-up order, hurried to the restaurant, paid $32, and took the pizza home. When I opened it, it was a regular Sicilian pizza with only one topping instead. If you don’t offer brick oven pizza, just be upfront about it. Customers will still support your business without the need for dishonesty.
I ordered online and received a completely different order. This is the second time they have messed up my order, and instead of correcting it by sending the right food, they offered me a $5-$10 credit for the wrong pasta—despite my order totaling $78. On top of that, it was supposed to be gluten-free pasta for my daughter, so she couldn’t even eat it. The restaurant refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. I will NEVER order from them again. Terrible service.

Customer service= Horrible. Placed an order through Grubhub. The order came, and everything was messed up. Wrong pizza, wrong pasta, and I received someone else’s order. I would have blamed Grubhub but it’s truly the person who bagged this order together at the pizza shops fault. And all they said was that they can give us a $5 credit. So now I’m stuck with food that I didn’t even order. I was a fan of this spot but their service to loyal customer is horrible.

So, so beyond upset tonight. Delivery person showed up without the food. When I called the woman there taking the orders had absolutely no intelligent response. Love Rob but he needs to be on point with his employees. Had to ask for a credit to my account and order from White Point Pizza. SMH after 25 years of being a customer, such a shame. Going to lose business even if the food is good Sorry Rob!
I hate to write this because I have been ordering pizza from here since I moved to College Point in October, but I ordered a cheeseburger today and it was still raw and pink inside: I ordered it medium, not raw!
