Loved being the operative word. Always experienced a fantastic service where I was always happy to travel an hour round trip to collect take away. Unfortunately, I recently ordered my gluten free noodle box to find that my clearly labelled gluten free box was in fact not gluten free. I have coeliac disease an auto immune disease where I must not consume gluten. My compliant was dealt with awfully on the evening however, I put this down to the supervisor (who has no authorisation to do anything) too afraid to speak to his manager. An email complaint sent after being advised to I would hear from the manager within 24 hours, 72 hours and still waiting. Mistake I can understand, not caring about...
I used to enjoy Noodlebox back in the early 2010s, but it has declined rapidly since then. While the food is still decent, the restaurant lacks the charm it once had. It feels more like a storage unit now, the atmosphere is unwelcoming, and you may even have to dine with a vacuum cleaner in sight. If that's your thing, then this might be your new favorite spot.
As a strict vegetarian for over 20 years, I recently ordered the Veggie Sweet Box from this restaurant. However, upon eating the noodles, I was shocked to discover that what I thought was tofu was actually chicken. I am extremely angry about this mistake. While this place is usually good, they have completely failed on such a basic aspect.
The chicken was undercooked and the owner had a bad attitude when asked to reheat it. There was chewing gum under the tables and a strong smell of grease and grime. Please avoid this terrible place, as it is unprofessional and unclean.

Came from London to visit Cardiff, had a best noodles from noodle box. I enjoyed it mainly the satay box and chicken bento . Worth it....
