We came in hoping to enjoy our usual favorites, the Stroganoff and Alfredo Monte Amore, only to find yet another changed menu. When we expressed our disappointment, the General Manager, Ms. Shane T., kindly listened and helped us choose a couple of other dishes. The food was good, but it’s frustrating when you crave something and then find out it’s no longer available. This is a surefire way to lose loyal customers! The leadership should consider their customers' preferences rather than insisting their new approach is best—because in this case, it wasn’t.
