The staff here are the absolute best! I had placed an online order and once I was getting ready to head out for lunch, something came up at work which prolonged my stay causing me to miss my pick up time over 30minutes. I called the restaurant to ask for aremake as I did not want to eat cold food and I even confirmed I would pay for another meal . I felt awful to have to waste, sothat was the least I could do. They remade my food and the young lady even did it for free. I was having a rough day at work,and her great customer service made it better. Thank you to the staff for your amazing work . Best noodles Co I have eaten at.
The 3 Cheese Tortelloni Rosa was cooked well, with an edible but not particularly tasty cheese filling. The sauce was thin and lacked flavor. The Spicy Korean Beef Noodles pasta was cooked well, but the sauce was overly sweet with no complexity, and the meat was not cut into bite-sized pieces. The cilantro pieces were also quite large. Overall, I am not inclined to return to this restaurant in the future.
The food is outdated and the dining area is dirty. I overheard them speaking to each other in a disrespectful manner. Save your money and avoid this place. Poor company.
I enjoyed my salad. The cashier was very helpful to customize a salad to work for me. I would have loved an ice water with my meal but I guess that's not an option?
