I absolutely love this place! Noodles Company is simply the best! The ordering process is super quick and easy. I had their regular soup and the Korean beef, and the flavor was incredible. The quality is high, and the prices are reasonable. I'm really impressed by how the food is presented and the creativity behind their dishes. Their deals are fantastic and budget-friendly. They stand out as one of the top noodle spots in Glenview. I can't compare it to other places because it's so unique and cozy. This truly is a hidden gem in the city! The food is amazing and very affordable. The noodles are perfectly cooked, the vegetables are fresh, and the soup tastes remarkable—beyond my expectations....

This restaurant used to be fantastic before the management change. I was familiar with the staff, and they were always accommodating and friendly. However, my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered mac and cheese with grilled chicken, but I received overcooked, hard chicken, and the noodles were also tough, with burnt cheese on top. When I raised this issue, the woman at the front told me that it had already been made and that I couldn’t get a refund. This experience left me very frustrated, and I won’t be coming back due to the poor customer service. I would give it a 0/10 and do not recommend it.
I came here all the time as a kid and each time I left with a full belly and happy memories. The service is good and the food is quite tasty. I even worked my first job here and I enjoyed the atmosphere and culture of this restaurant. In fact, I still work with the company, though at a different location nearby since I moved. Great place to take your kids or get a delicious meal with friends.

Noodles & Company used to be a great spot for alternative dishes, but honestly, they've lost their charm. The Japanese pan, once my favorite, now tastes like it came straight from the microwave after being defrosted. After multiple disappointing experiences, this last visit has convinced me I won’t be trying anything from their menu again.
I ordered Pad Thai for delivery, and although it tasted delicious, it included cilantro and was missing the shrimp I had requested. I contacted the manager, Victoria, who was very helpful and quickly sent me the correct order. That’s what I call outstanding customer service!
This was my first and last experience at this restaurant. Everything I ordered was overly salty. I managed to finish it because I was really hungry after a long day of traveling. The only thing that stood out was the cheesy garlic bread.
The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding! Jesse truly enhanced the experience. I will definitely return!
