The food at Noodles & Company is underwhelming and far too expensive for what you get. Paying $8 for a small cup of noodles with just two mushrooms and some spinach is not worth it. There are definitely better options at the same price, and we’ll choose those going forward. On top of that, the restaurant’s cleanliness was disappointing. The staff appeared indifferent to the dirty surroundings, broken tables, and the lack of the sodas we wanted. The trash cans looked more like they belonged in a janitorial closet than a dining area. Considering the neighborhood, the poor upkeep was surprising. We definitely won’t be coming back to this location or any others.
The restaurant is lovely and spotless, with an exceptionally friendly staff. I want to give a special mention to Taya (I hope I spelled it right). She really went the extra mile; she was warm and attentive, often checking in on the guests. She even came by to ask how my meal was and noticed that I had removed the mushrooms from my entree (my mistake for not inquiring about the ingredients). She kindly offered to prepare another dish for me, which I didn’t require, but I truly appreciated the thought! All in all, it was a wonderful experience!

She kindly offered to prepare a new dish for me, which wasn’t necessary, but I truly appreciated the gesture! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
We were the first customers to arrive, and I quickly noticed that the tables were dirty, with crumbs scattered on them. The front doors also looked unclean. I usually go for Pad Thai, but today I opted for the Asian salad instead. Unfortunately, the salad was made with subpar ingredients, including wilted brown lettuce and kale, as well as some browning avocado. The ginger dressing was a letdown too, leaving an overly sour taste. I left the restaurant feeling both hungry and disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at Noodles & Company. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles, but they were severely overcooked. After waiting more than 15 minutes, my food arrived, only for the noodles to be mushy and falling apart. It was definitely not worth the $12 I spent. I would appreciate a refund.
Noodles and Company has significantly declined in quality. They now serve pre-made noodles that are dry and come in a plastic microwavable container. The high prices are not justified by the lackluster food quality. Although the staff was friendly, the uninspiring food left much to be desired.
I absolutely love the Med Salad with Chicken, even more than the Zucchini Pesto with Grilled Chicken. In fact, I'm craving it right now! The dressing is incredibly tasty, making it a truly satisfying meal. The staff is fantastic, the restaurant is clean, and the hospitality is genuinely warm.
Terrible experience! We had to wait 45 minutes past our pickup time. What's the point of using curbside pickup if it takes so long? This order was just pasta! The staff seemed completely clueless. On top of that, the restaurant was not clean. I will never return!

The restaurant is usually not crowded, so you can easily go through the line quickly. There is plenty of seating available. The parking can be a bit challenging at times, but it is possible to find a spot.
