The overall vibe at Norah is pretty cool, and the food is great, but the service was absolutely terrible (which killed the vibe), and the live music that was super close to our table was a bit much. We got our appetizers fairly quickly, but the coursing after that was quite delayed, and it was hard to get anyone's attention about it. This was my 2nd visit first was a couple of years ago but I'm not sure I'd go again based on this experience.
