We had very poor service. We had to ask for our menus several minutes after our arrival. The wait to order was at least 40 minutes. We notified our waitress of the delay and her response included no explanation and sincerely she seemed to not care in her non-verbal manner. No smile. No feedback on our orders to validate if everything was correct. We had to chase the bill at the counter. We had our 3 year old daughter with us thinking it was a family restaurant, but the delay meant she lost patience and so did we. All the tables around us were waiting as much, no attendance and no mitigation. The food was good, but the service was so bad that it colored the experience very negatively. Kid-fri...
We are going to dinner for my father-in-law's birthday. The service was so long that we didn't even have dessert there. 2 hours just for a main course. We had 4 children with us, and the waitress did not even respect the children's menu which offers raw vegetables and dessert. We ended up leaving the place because our table was still not picked up after the two hours we spent at our table. Disappointing service, I'm really not sure I'll go back there.
We ordered at 12:30 p.m. and received our dishes at 1:07 p.m. The waiting time was too long. The portion for poutine was “light” and the fries were too hard.
