Norms - Tisch reservieren

I'm hoping tonight was a bad night. But the service and food were not making the grade. I like Norms it's a great choice to get around a table with family and friends to have a casual meal of classic diner food. Tonight the bigger better breakfast burrito my son ordered came out as the platter of traditional bigger better breakfast. My husband's soup and my salad came, and then after flagging down the waitress we eventually got my soup and my husband's salad. My husband's meatloaf was inedible, it was clearly the remnants that were so dry they better resembled stucco hidden under gravy. Mediocre food and bad service I went in today with my son around11:30am I ordered a lumberjack breakfast and a jr pancake combo for him the food took more than half an hour to arrive and they weren't even that busy plus looks like they have a big kitchen staff all those workers and can't take out a simple order on time The waitress also had an attitude and only check on us about two time im not one to complain but I though I share this review for the bad experience I had

Norms is no longer 24/7 at least for this location, although the advertising still says they are!Still a solid diner though. Can't go wrong with a club sandwich or cheeseburger. Good amount of fries. They come with ranch, not ketchup. I always find interesting they have their own ketchup brand, not heinz!This location is surprisingly big. Didn't look like it from outside. High ceiling, looks clean.

Wonderful staff, heard them laughing and joking so management is doing something to keep them happy.Food as expected and the environment was clean.The coffee was good, not too bitter, burnt, or watered down.They had cold brew on their list of drinks as well.Definitely would come to a Norms over a Denny's.They had everything you can think of for breakfast and steak items.

Have been reacquainted with Norms. We used to visit Norms when we were kids all thru our 20s. Recently visited this particular restaurant, seems to be stuck in time, which in this case is good. Loved their usual American fare breakfasts and their steaks are always good. Impressed with their chilaquiles!Food: 4/5

Went to this specific Norms in El Monte 3 days this week. Food was great each time. The Calimex menu was pretty delish. Where they really shine is with their customer service, one in particular. Maria did a phenomenal job ensuring we were always full on coffee and food was prompt.Food: 5/5

I have been going to Norms since 1963...although times change the dedicated atmosphere and service has stayed very much the same. Portions are still decent. Cost? Well, everything has gone up right? So you just need to deal with that. Overall, nice to go out every and then.Food: 4/5

It 's nice! It 's modern! It 's PACKED!!! I like this place. Food is good. Service was excellent. I was torn between the Jamaica (hibiscus) and the Horchata, and our server said, You can have both! It 's bottomless! ? Yes please! This is why we love America! ??Food: 4/5

I used to prefer this norms location over the one in west covina but I think I'm better off over there now. It was busy at 8pm and service lagged. Our server was here and there. The food was fine, liver and onions were a little off.Food: 4/5
