It is unfortunate that a restaurant like NORMS does not have trained people to serve customers and that they are not careful with the food they offer. One of our dishes had a hair, when I told the lady who served us, she offered us a 20% discount, I clarify that we did not ask for it, they offered it to us, when we arrived at the cashier to pay for the food, the cashier did not respect the discount that they offered us and another employee, upon seeing the problem, just frowned and made faces at us as if she were paying for our food. My recommendation to you as a customer is not to consume in this restaurant, the vomit is bad and the people who serve are mediocre.
A busy place for economically minded hungry people. This isn 't my usual Norms, but I was nearby and needed breakfast. Everything was passable . The staff was friendly but distracted. The food was correct but without attention to detail. For instance, I don 't know how made-to-order eggs (over medium) can be tepid/cool. Maybe they were put on a cold plate? Again, not worth complaint, just not optimum. And I had finished most of my Bigger Breakfast and coffee (not hurriedly) and the plate cleared before the hotcakes arrived. Maybe that 's intentional? Felt like a second-breakfast!
Had to take my food to go because it grossed me out.... this the 2nd time I've given a coffee cup with someone else's lipstick on it...does norms not wash its dishes properly. That's nasty. She still had the audacity to charge me for the coffee even tho I let her know about the lipstick and asked for a water.

We took our kids for graduation breakfast. The food is just ok. Our service was great. Maybe it's just the location, but it was dirty everywhere
We came into the restaurant and they never get me a high chair for my son and said to give it to someone else before me
