We ventured quite a distance from our hotel to try this coffee shop after dinner. We arrived just a few minutes after 7 PM on a Tuesday evening. According to various sources, including Yelp, their hours indicated they close at 8 PM. After waiting for a while, a male employee from the neighboring business informed us that someone would assist us shortly. However, a female staff member then appeared and abruptly told us they were closed. I pointed out that their posted hours stated they close at 8 PM, to which she responded, "Well, she’s not here," before turning around and walking away. This super cute coffee shop shares a lot with the Switchboard restaurant, so the menu photo may have elements from Switchboard but this review is for North County Roastery! I came on a Sunday with a friend and we ordered several coffees and a tea. I got the lavender vanilla latte and the maple latte, and she got a chai tea latte. We both really enjoyed our drinks, though the maple latte was a stand out! They were well crafted, not too sweet and not bland. The drinks had a great flavor and beautiful latte art. I really enjoyed the presentation, the taste, and the experience! I did dine at Switchboard for the food but the two go hand in hand and both were a lovely experience. I highly recommen...

We enjoy their coffee very much along with breakfast. Parking can be a bit difficult because of location so park off of Coast Highway for safety. It's great that downtown Oceanside has grown to a town where you can go almost anywhere for a good cup of joe. Service is quick and being a part of a boutique hotel has the best of ambience. While looking for a good coffee found in Oceanside, we found the North County Roastery.We ordered a flat white and a chai latte. Both were brought to our table and tasted very good.The price was very cheap at $4 for the Flat White.I would recommend this cafe anytime.

This place is awesome! I got the coconut matcha and a bowl of Cheerios. It's connected to the restaurant next door so there's yummy food with minimal seating available. The people working behind the counter were incredibly friendly and on their game. I will be back!
