Northern Farmhouse Pasta is one of my favorite restaurants. Short story is, make a reservation and go there ASAP. You will not be disappointed the food is incredible and all of the pasta is freshly hand made. The Owner is the Chef and his wife is the host/server. They are both incredible people who you can tell how much passion and love they put into everything. We have been here about 6 times now and everytime, regardless of time of day or how busy it is, the chef always comes out either to bring the food to the table or to at a minimum ask how everything was. I truly appreciate the farm-to-table concept they have in this restaurant, especially knowing that all the wheat for the pasta is sourced from New York State. When you walk in, the scent of fresh, local garlic fills the air, creating a delightful atmosphere. However, in the end, I found myself not particularly impressed by the food. While it was hearty and enjoyable, it felt more like satisfying home cooking rather than something extraordinary.
Everything was fantastic! The baked clam appetizer was delightful. I enjoyed a lobster pasta that was incredible and very satisfying. My husband had the shrimp and gnocchi, which was lighter yet bursting with flavor. The restaurant is cozy, so I recommend making reservations. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The service was friendly, and the menu was well thought out. Our favorite dish was the arancini. The porchetta was cooked nicely, but it was a bit too salty for my liking. I'm looking forward to trying the ramen on my next visit! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
What a wonderful little gem in Roscoe! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food and service are outstanding. Everything we sampled from their extensive menu was delicious. I will definitely be returning!
