All meals are already prepared and packed in vacuum boxes. You can take away or heat up at restaurant. Food quality is really very good and if you compare it to price - its invincible. e.x. rice with veges - 1euro, pasta with sauce - 1-2euro, chicken/fish/meat + some veges - about 5euro.

Nostrum is a Spain franchise that propose 'microwave' dish for little price (if you pay only 5 euro for a fidelity card). Food is not really tasty but honest for the price
