I placed an online order for next-day delivery from the Skokie location. After completing my order, I received an email confirming both the order and a delivery window of 10 AM to 4 PM. The next day, I had someone at home waiting for the delivery, but no one arrived. I called the store at 4:45 PM to check on the status, and they informed me that the cake had been delivered between 10 AM and 12 PM. I reviewed the video recordings to see if we missed the doorbell or the delivery person, but the footage showed that no one came during that time frame. When I called back, the store changed their story, claiming the cake was in their last row of supplies and that it would be delivered between 5 PM...
This store is amazing and the staff is second to none! Because of the difference in time from where I’m deployed, I missed the 24-hour prior window for ordering personalized cakes. This meant I was going to miss giving my wife her favorite bday cake : After I told this to the owner, she offered to drive the cake to my wife herself. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Highly recommend you try their cakes! Thanks again Skokie staff!!!
Their system or policies make zero sense . first I called to place an order for pick up, was told the closest window is in 2 hours so I just went in to order. I wanted to order 2 dozen of mini cupcakes chocolate, vanilla and red velvet . I was told I can't, they don't do that for holidays ??? i can only get their special assortment, im spending 55$ on cupcakes and I can't have what I want ?! someone needs to fix this nonsense!

Reem was so nice taking my order and helped me choose the right cake for my event. I had so many questions and she was super helpful and explained all the flavors, sizes and type of cakes in detail. Definitely will come back again.
These are the best bundt cakes I've ever tasted! They literally melt in your mouth. The cakes are amazing, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Can't say much, I got a Christmas gift for our title company. It looked good and they liked it. Very nice staff.
