We ended up at Nou de Nou three times for lunch during our stay in Arenys de Mar. You could not fault the food or service. The owner was incredibly welcoming. We were eight in total, with four kids. We ate off the set menu every time, which never disappointed. The menu changed daily and the owner read the options that day to you. When we didn’t understand she would happily scurry off to the kitchen to show us. The kids could order anything off the set menu or there was a pasta dish option for them (which they always took). Particular highlights were the chickpea and chorizo stew, calamari and Paella. We also ate (apologies for the lack of Catalan names) tuna steak, meat crepe, moussaka, parm...
This gem of a restaurant is just off the main streets, but definitely worth a stop. The staff, and especially Carmen, are so nice and welcoming. We speak little Spanish, but had no difficulties (they have an English menu) and even had a few laughs together. We had the Argentina platter for two and both my husband and I liked it. We will definitely go back!
Food of the Gods Amazing food, excellent hospitality, personalised service. We have been travelling across France and Spain in our camper and before reaching Barcelona we stopped in Arenys de Mar, and to our surprise at Nou the Nou we found the best food we had in Cataluña so far! Every penny was worth it! We will be coming back! Obrigada, Nou de Nou!
El menjar és correcte, la carn a la pedra molt bona, però el servei molt malament. Hi havia un sol cuiner i una sola cambrera que la pobra no parava la veritat, però no donava abast per tot. La espera fatal. Teniem taula a les 14:30 i sortiem del restaurant recién acabat postres i cafè a les 18!!! Exagerada la tardança

recomendado al 100% , el lugar súper acogedor, el servicio espectacular inmejorable, la buena calidad de la comida , ambiente familiar y sobre todo el personal lo mejor de lo mejor un tratamiento inigualable y amistoso y especialmente cariñoso, lo realmente recomendado, vale la pena mucho para ir !
Excelente trato y atención la Carmen es un amor de persona y Fernando un gran cocinero, forman un gran equipo lleno entusiasmo, la comida es excelente lo recomiendo 100
