Wow, I was truly impressed! I met up with friends from the UK, and since they prefer vegetarian food, I decided to take them to Nourish. I was definitely not let down! The dishes were vibrant, colorful, and absolutely delicious! We started with nachos, and I chose the 'Mac N Squeeze'—it was fantastic! The restaurant has a unique atmosphere that sets it apart from any other place I've visited, and the staff was friendly and full of energy. I highly recommend Nourish Bistro to everyone! Thank you for having us!
I have never been so happy to find a vegetarian restaurant that can accommodate vegan and gluten with still most of the menu available to me!! It was so incredible we order most of the menu the first time and went back a second time and put an even bigger dent in the menu, 3rd trip will be the charm to try everything on the menu!! The atmosphere is next level and even the prices reflect numerology, peace and prosperity. It is my favorite restaurant of all time with everything having been delicious.
I always look forward to dining at Nourish whenever I'm in Banff. Starting with the beet juice was fantastic; it was the perfect way to kick off the meal. Next, I enjoyed the amazing gluten-free broccoli tempura, followed by the bear burger, which was incredibly delicious. I ended up with way more food than I could handle on my own, but it was definitely the perfect way to indulge and slip into a food coma!
I ordered the broccoli tempura, kimchi burger with fries, and a root beer. Everything was very good and I absolutely loved being able to pick from anything, which is something I can’t experience often because I’m vegetarian. I had a delightful brunch here that left both my heart and stomach very happy! Despite being short-staffed due to the long weekend, the waitress took great care of us and even customized my smoothie, which paired perfectly with the power bowl. I'm thrilled with my experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal!
We didn’t realize it was a vegetarian restaurant until we arrived. Tried the nachos on Sunday special the server recommended a side of guacamole which was a game changer! The topping weren’t overwhelming (even though there’s a lot) and it was filling. Also tried the mushroom soup which was also amazing. Would eat here again next time we visit Banff
Nourish has a lovely outdoor seating area with views of the mountains. We really enjoyed our tomato soup of the day and the poutine. We're not big on poutine but found this one great because of the various toppings and the flavourful gravy. We'd definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you're vegetarian.
I recently had a very interesting culinary experience at this restaurant. The nachos were one of the most unique and enjoyable dishes I've ever tried. This vegetarian restaurant in Banff is a hidden gem. Their entire menu looks delicious, and they can make any dish vegan! The wild mushroom ravioli and broccoli tempura are amazing. The portions are huge and very filling. Love it, I'll definitely be back!
