The quality of the fish was impressive. While some of the special rolls featured sauces that lacked distinct flavor, the overall sushi and maki options were delightful. The Out of Control Roll was a standout, topped with seared salmon and filled with salmon and yellowtail. The appetizer of white tuna with truffle was rich and flavorful, complemented by tobiko. The pork gyoza was also quite good. I highly recommend this place!
We came to Nova Bistro for dinner and was pleasantly surprised at how packed it was on Tuesday evening. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the staff was nice. But more importantly, the sushi were delicious! We had ordered the chirashi, salmon lovers, shrimp tempura rolls, eel avocado rolls, and seaweed salad... and they were all really good. Will definitely come back again.
Place can get very hectic in the evening, they stuck us 6 inches away from another couple dining, it practically felt like we were dining together. Service is subpar and the sushi is decent but not for the price. Waitresses are very rude and quick to dismiss you. If you don’t tip they chase you down and demand a tip
The fish is always super fresh. I think they are def my go to sushi spot. Their chicken entrees are super good and tender too and seasoned just right, I will say I dont like that they put bell peppers in their lo mein but thats my only gripe! Awesome place love u guys Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The quality at this restaurant is absolutely amazing. They serve very generous portions of fish, unlike some other places that try to save by giving small portions or thin slices. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for those who love salmon. 10/10!
The food wasn’t great, and I feel like they’re taking advantage of their customers. I included a tip on my check, but when I checked my bank statement, I noticed they charged me an additional $20 on top of the total I already paid. It feels like a scam.
It's always a delight to visit this restaurant. The food is of excellent quality and incredibly tasty. The staff is consistently friendly and approachable. I highly recommend it!
