Nothing to say, everything is very good, everything is in big quantity! It's worth a visit without hesitation. I recommend! Do not hesitate to test the ribs you will not be disappointed! Slow cooking for hours, choice of the best pieces of the pig (high loire province), tenderness and taste of the meat to fall on the ground!!!!
