Novotel - Tisch resevieren

I booked a stay at Novotel based on a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad I did during my visit from Portsmouth. The food was excellent—kudos to the chef! The rooms were spacious and clean, and I particularly loved the carpet design. I want to give special recognition to the staff who truly made my stay memorable. One of the managers, Jay, was outstanding—very personable, likable, and enthusiastic. Thomas was also a pleasure to interact with, and there was a girl named Abbey who left a positive impression. I believe in choosing hotels based on reviews and photos, but it's the staff that truly enhances the experience. The location is perfect for exploring Liverpool, right in the city center...

The reception staff were kind and attentive. However, the room itself felt outdated, featuring a separate toilet and sink shower room. The overhead shower was non-functional due to a broken control handle, and there was an unpleasant drain smell from the shower. Additionally, the windows did a poor job of blocking the considerable noise from the nearby multi-story car park. Overall service was rated 5.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel! Its location is fantastic, just a short walk to everything! I would definitely recommend it to any friends looking to stay in Liverpool! The service from Abbey Jay was exemplary; they went above and beyond! The menu was also impressive. Service: 5
