On ne parlera pas de la nourriture qui était délicieuse. Mais du service déplorable, pour avoir travaillé dans un 4 étoiles du groupe accor, je n'ai jamais vu service de la sorte. 5 minutes avant qu'un serveur daigne nous adresser la parole pour nous installer. 3 serveurs, pour 6 tables incluant la notre. Le menu du jour n'est pas connu du serveur, l'eau demandée n'est pas apportée, le vin très mal ouvert est une piquette, sur la carte il est indiqué Saint Emilion 2021, à table est servi le 2022, imbuvable, et donc pas celui indiqué, la viande apportée sans savoir quelle assiette a quelle cuisson. C'est une catastrophe, une très longue attente alors que très peu de table. Et on ne parlera pa...
I am usually happy in eating at the Novotel restaurant. Premises: clean but a bit small even though, considering there wasn't a lot of people, I never had the feeling of a crowded place either at breakfast or dinner. During summer, it must be enjoyable at the terrace just next by. Staff: most of them are nice and helpful without being annoying. Some lack a bit of enthusiasm but I suppose anyone can have a bad day. Menu: it's the Novotel menu. Food is most of times good quality and well cooked. Considering I have stayed a few times with this hotel brand, I would like to see some regional dishes to have a bit of local color and I am bit tired of eating the same stuff on the menu.
We stayed at the hotel for three nights Friday-Sunday. Meals were good the first 2nights. The steak on the Saturday was very good. Unfortunately on the Sunday night there was a lack if items on the menu, including soup! My meal of omelette and chips was cold, my companions meals were not up to the standard we had expected and when we brought this to the attention of the maitre d'or we were not offered any alternatives or compensation of ant sort. I think this is very unsatisfactory.
The hotel might be better than all the other hotels in this area. But i expected novotel quality and this is not it. The breakfast is terrible. The wifi can not be trusted and does not allow vpn so its completely useless. The pool area is not smoke free. Grown up men are smoking like crazy. You can’t leave your kids here. Last but not least, the choice of art has very little taste... (see the picture)

Happy to find a Novotel restaurant on our journey to Brussels we stopped in Survilliers for dining. Usually Novotel meant more than average quality. This time we have been disappointed: none of the selected dishes was good. Was it a bad day? We scrap this Novotel from our list, at least for food.
Love this place we stayed here on the way back home and it was perfect. Food was tasty and service was nice. Room was clean modern and everything we needed was there. The plunge pool was a bit of a shock when we got in it but we got over that. Would definitely go back.
Great value with passport gourmande. The Sunday lunch was wonderful. The fish was overcooked. the portions are large and the service good. The bar has great drinks and nuts. The Bar menu is worth the price. the drinks are inexpensive.
pleasant and quick meal, very good price child menu with dish, dessert and drink and well served adult burger pleasant and pleasant waiter. We enjoyed it!

Hamburger dish was really bad. I think the meat was gone bad. And even the fries didn’t work
